Broker Exclusive Real Estate is a young and dynamic company, although composed of a team of highly qualified professionals with over twenty years of experience in all real estate sectors, from the early stages of study and design, to the construction and sale of prestigious properties .
Our real estate company began its activity in February 2016 from the Viareggio office, immediately pursuing significant results in terms of sales and turnover since the first year of work, especially with Italian customers.
In a short time with a purpose aimed at a constant innovation, we decided to focus more strongly on the foreign market, capturing the enormous potential of this sector, thus equipping, within its structure, an office completely dedicated to the foreign market, specialized in 'welcome and manage customers from all over the world.
The foreign office of Broker Exclusive Real Estate, comes to life from February 2017, thanks to the assiduous work of the head of the sector, which thanks to its consolidated experience with foreign customers, organizes and manages a global sales network, from international real estate portals, to important partnerships directly with other real estate realities, carefully selected, with offices in major European and non-European cities.
Consolidating and improving the results obtained in the previous year, in July 2017, Broker Immobiliare inaugurates the second new and prestigious headquarters of Forte dei Marmi, a showcase most suited to the image purposes that the company has managed in a short time to create, thanks to a constant work done, of absolute level and quality.
