The ranking of the most aimed and valued Italian locations
To understand which are the most expensive Italian municipalities to buy and rent properties, here is a map with an average price per square meter. Analysis carried out on the fourth quarter of 2020, which also identifies where there are major requests in relation to the offer. Here is the picture that emerges:
As for the prices of houses for sale, the most expensive municipality in Italy is Forte dei Marmi, in the province of Lucca, where the average indicates a price per square meter of as much as 6,992 euros in the fourth quarter of 2020. This is because the location has a very high demand and is especially sought after by foreign customers. In second place in this particular ranking, another splendid and exclusive location follows, Venice, with 4,453 euros / sqm. Lerici completes the podium with 4,011 euros / sqm, with the wonderful panoramic villas whose exclusivity is entrusted to Broker Immobiliare Exclusive Real Estate

To be noticed that in the top 5 there are not many big cities. Rome is not in the list and, after Venice, the first regional capital we meet is Florence in sixth (3.870 euro/sq)
If, on the other hand, we focus on the asking prices of the houses for sale, the situation slightly changes. Even if the first place in the ranking continues to be occupied by Forte dei Marmi, where the average price of a property is even around one million and 260 thousand euros. Detached, Pietrasanta (503,037 euros) and Alassio close the podium of this specific ranking

Moving our gaze on rents, we find in the list many of the municipalities that led the ranking of selling prices. Forte dei Marmi is confirmed as the most expensive municipality in Italy in the fourth quarter of 2020 also regarding the cost per square meter for rentals (46.4 euros), followed by Montignoso and Riccione. The Italians seem to give a very high value to the exclusivity of this tourist destination where Exclusive Real Estate Broker has the exclusivity of many Luxury Villas near the sea but also beautiful farmhouses in the hills, Milan gains the fourth place.
